Hi, I'm only new here so sorry if I am missing something, but as you can see on my account, I have just made it today. The problem is, when i go to use it, it says i have reached my total of 200 hours although i have only just made the account. My thought was to upgrade to 300 hours incase it was just a error, but problem persists saying i have reached 300 hours?

If anyone else on your network uses runemate, that would be why. Welcome. Next time please use the search function or browse the client support section first as this has been mentioned a few times.

I've managed to solve it myself, an external program was interfering. Didn't know what to think at that moment due to no one else knowing of runemate, me being the first. Thanks for your time though

I should've known the begin with, but a vpn. Someone must of used such previous ip prior to me, using up all 300 hours

I had a feeling you'd say a vpn or vps. Glad you worked the issue out.

For anyone experiencing similar issues i suggest trying without your vpn turned on if you're using one.
