Resolved Reached limit 200 hours ?

Hi there,

I had just signed up and tried the bot but it says "Instance failed to start for the following reason: Looks like you've reached the limit of 200 botting hours in the last month. Please review your usage and consider upgrading your account to raise that limit."

Why would it say this when i didnt even get the chance to use it ? Is it because i am in an Internet Cafe ? Does other people's account affect any other accounts when we are in the Internet Cafe ? The IP address for the computers here are the same though.

Would appreciate it if anyone could help me out. Thank you very much.

That is because there is another RuneMate account on your IP address.

As per the FAQ:

My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.


Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.
