Resolved Ran out of usable hours

Do you still have any bot running? Does anyone else on your network use runemate? This so called 'issue' has been posted numerous times.

Interesting. @Arbiter He has no shared ip's and only 283 hours in the past 30 days. I tried extending the range to go 2 or 3 days more and that's when it goes over 300. Any idea what's going on?

Then what is the point in paying for the 300 hours a month, if I still have to wait for 30 day old bot times to roll off?

I'm not looking to get a refund I like the service, I just do not like the system in place for hours...
Its pretty simple, get 300 hours a month, u run out... U pay for another 300 hours and boom u can keep going for 300 hours.
That is what it did going from free to supporter, this is why I am so unhappy at this time b/c it cut me off after 2 more days of running
When I made intial payment of 300 second time, it allowed me to continue botting after the "out of hours" popped befor making payment
 
Also why would it allow me to continue using services after running out 20 min later make payment then continue???
 
Again, I can completely understand the system in place for those that are not paying for more hours, it makes perfect sense, but for those willing to spend the extra money for more hours of run time, the system sucks and is extremely irritating

I think you're having a little trouble with the logic. I recommend you take a deep breath and think it through. You had a subscription for X00 hours. You let that subscription tier slip through non-payment. You went down to 200 hours. If you resubscribe for X00 hours then you get to continue at your previous tier. You do not get X00 + X00.

If you are hitting usage limits then you probably need a higher subscription tier.

His filter is on December 17 to January 15. It should be on December 15 to January 15.
I logged in as him and set it to last 30 days. It set it to the same range for me (One day ahead on both ends because i'm a day infront). Also, there are 31 days in december so it should be 16/12-15/1. @Arbiter
