Hello I just started using Runemate from about a month ago. Started with a single payment of $3 for the month and got a message yesterday saying I ran out of hours. So today I again renewed it for $2 through paypal but when I start it I still get the message that I ran out of hours.
The hours are supposed to stack right ? I request one of the staff members to help me out.

Here it is. It was already telling me I ran out of hours so I renewed it and still kept getting the message 'you've ran out of hours'.

If you renewed it for $2.00 then that gets you nothing extra. $2.00 is simply the supporter rank only.

The minimum monthly charge to increase your hours is $3.00

Free users = 2 accounts at once + 200 hours
$2.00 = 2 accounts at once + 200 hours
$3.00 = 3 accounts at once + 300 hours

If you go here, Upgrade | RuneMate move the numbers up and down to see what hour allowance changes and buy what you think you need.

As you can see in your screenshot, you are over your 200 hour limit at 203 hours.

Ok i get it now, guess i'll have to renew for $4 from now onwards. Also any idea on how to check when my hours are going to reset every month ?

If you buy $3, which is 300 hours your 300 hours last from today for 30 days.
