Checked my active sessions, there were two running for over 8 hours for QuickHerblore, which had ended itself after checking my bank both times.

Closed RuneMate, they are now stopped, but rws is showing many wasted hours to a bot that appeared to have stopped itself.

Checked the total usage which is at 1:00:39:35. I've tried it out a few times only for it to perform badly, and be manually stopped, or stop itself in most cases. Maybe one total hour of actual usage.

If you have issues with a premium bot, please post a bug report and explanation in the corresponding bot thread.

For premium bots, explain your case to the bot author - it is at their discretion whether they refund you for the credits used.

So to clarify then, you ran a bot which bugged out after a certain amount of time, however the bot continued to use your hours allowance?
