What's a good amount of hours or a certain time frame for using bots?

Like should it only be done in hour increments ect? Just trying to see a range so I don't get banned.

Honestly it all "depends".

My rule of thumb is take what you would normally do as a real player, multiply it by 1.25-1.5x, and bot that amount.
