Prices seem fair. I've had questing services done by two individuals and your prices seem to align nicely.

What I've found to build reputation is to perform either heavily discounted services or do easy and fast quests for free in exchange for reputation. I'd recommend going that route that way you'll be so busy with orders you'll need to hire help!
