I just bought 600 hours, but i can't get the bot to load. it still gives the same error stating i have reached my limit of botting hours despite the purchase; the usage stats page shows that I still have 249 hours remaining. please help

Have you reloaded RuneMate client?

Might be useful if you show the error. It could be that you are using a trial version of a premium bot for example.

just using standard free alpha fighter; getting this generic error:

As the above graph shows, the tracking system states that I used 72 hours of time between May 2 and May 3. This is impossible as there are only 24 hours of time between the two?
