I have a question about an old account that I lost access to and I looked for the RuneMate discord server to find help but I couldn't accept the invitation to the server on my discord account so I created a new one and joined, the problem is that when I accepted the rules I had to confirm my phone number, when I did that I was kicked off the server. I would like to understand why this is the case or know if there is another way to contact support.

I don't know for sure, this is a guess, but it sounds to me like you (or someone on one of your IPs) was banned off the discord in the past, and now it's associating it with the new accounts.

I don't really have any info beyond that guess though.

if there is another way to contact support

For support on specific bots you could dm the author or post on the bot thread(s). For site support you could contact a mod/admin, or just post a thread ideally.

I don't know if it's the case that I was banned, since I can enter the server and only get kicked after checking my cell phone. I will try to contact some ADM/MOD. Thanks

Hey, I found my notebook with the RuneMate account that I had lost, I remembered that I had saved the document on an external hard drive. But the account I got banned on discord has the same nick as here "NotMeImSure". Thanks

I can't see you banned on the RuneMate server list with a Discord account under that name. Perhaps it is Discord itself that has banned you, based on the phone number being used on a prior Discord account?

I really dont know, i'm in other discord server with no problems.
