Hello there i am opening this thread because i have problems with credits.

I have purchased $5 in credits for premium bots around 2h ago and i haven't received it yet, I thought it was a bug or something so i wait patiently, It never show up.

As i am needing the credits because i want to use some bots, i tried to add $1 in credits this time, and again the problem is the same, I haven't received any credits yet.

Is there any problem? Please help me as i want to use it.

All payments are automated and if you have not yet received your upgrade, your payment will still be processing. Processing time varies depending on your bank. If this is the case, you will need to wait for the transaction to successfully complete or contact PayPal to find out more.

I use paypal balance, it was deducted right away, So it's not the problem.

Last month i purchase 1$ credit and it was instant, right now it's not, so there might be a problem

It's still not resolved.

Just purchased $10 and it cleared within 30 seconds, call paypal

I have called paypal yesterday and they say everything is OK, i have been waiting for around 1 day without the credits being applied to my account.

I am attaching the images of the transaction here, Hope it help to find the solution to this.

NOTE: The details in paypal are in spanish as i am spanish, anyways it's not hard to understand it.
