Hey any staff member can help me with refund?
I've only used refund option 1 time after sending the logs to the bot dev, and was ok. Today had a problem using 2 bots due to the system update, the devs already said it was ok to ask refund however it keeps showing this msg "
You have received the maximum amount of refunds. You may become eligible for more refunds at a later date.
