Resolved Prime pest control overcharges

As you can see since 8:46 PM (4 hours ago) Ive been over charged multiple times for using a bot that i have to reset due to that it keeps repeatedly Idling after afew moments or instances unlike other bots used that stop outright when an error occurs.
since starting the bot today I've had roughly 2 maybe 3 hours of actual activity not the amount shown above.

I feel that some action needs to be taken to prevent this from happening, as the amount of times this occurred feels more intentional than accidental. looking at other recent reviews shows exactly the same thing has been happening to others in the last few days.

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?:
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.
