Hello,

Received a permanent ban on a very old account. I haven't been given the chance to appeal and they said the account has been permanently removed from the game. This wasnt a gold farmer or power leveling to sell the account. Was just training exp on it. Is a permanent ban normal here ?

Maybe you got caught doing something for too long, or you were being watched for a while. In any case any instance of botting can result in a ban, regardless of the bot.
