Resolved PayPal Issue? Bought $5 worth

Less than 20 minutes ago I bought $5 worth of botting hours https://i.imgur.com/6MYS6fN.png.
I didn't click on "return to merchant" on paypal and therefore my account still shows a balance not reflecting my purchase.
 
If anyone can help me or tell me what I should do to get my $5 back that would be great.

the money is already out of my bank account and not on runemate. I had to report the transaction to PayPal. Runemate literally stole $5.37 from me, fuck that. Give me my money back.

Did you intend to purchase credits (for premium bots) or upgrade your account with more monthly hours? Because you bought credits. If that is correct you will have to wait a few days as PayPal occasionally holds payments for further verification. If the issue persists we will obviously issue a refund or manually award the credits you deserve. Don't panic and don't be an obnoxious brat or I will show you the door. This is your first and final warning.

No I simply bought credits so I can bot for more time. After spending $5.37 I bought $1 worth of credits and it showed up right away as it always does. PayPal is instant and has never held funds for the site. I believe there was a bug because my $5 payment doesn't show up in runemate transaction history but the $1 payment does. I have paypal info to prove I spent $5 and did not recieve credits.

We're talking from experience buddy. In some cases PayPal holds the money for a period of time. Just because you haven't experienced this until now, doesn't make it not true. If you have an issue with that, take it up with PayPal because it's just how they run things.

that's weird I've never experienced that and have been using PayPal for years. Guess it's a runemate issue.. :/ I'll wait patiently then.
