Payment went through but nothing on the website

The payment system is fully automated. If you haven't received your upgrade, it means RuneMate hasn't received your payment.

PayPal might say the transaction is completed but your bank or card company can cause delays.

If you haven't received your upgrade after 6 hours, contact PayPal or your bank for assistance.

also having issue loading up credits. sows up on statement and never had this issue before.

same, put 5$ 2x and it says approved and got confirmation from paypal to sui jin or whatever and its not showing on client or on the website.

Hi :) same with me, 5 credits purchased via paypal and no credits showing. Email confirmation received from paypal to say the payment has been sent.

can anyone help?

It will be an issue/delay with your banking company, just allow upto 48 hours for the transaction to go through and be accepted. If you have an issue after 48 hours, then get back in touch.

Still not showing credits bought from yesterday. Pretty sure theirs an issue with PayPal system

same here, just bought some credits. got confirmation from paypal, but no credits in runemate yet. prior it was instant

Yeah ive just gone and bought $20 x1 nothing came through then $5 x1 and nothing came through.
My bank has 100% been charged. Never had issues before. but its not a PayPal or banking delay.

Just saw a thread with them acknowledging the issue with the payment system. We will just have to wait it looks like. But im sure it will go in soon.

There appears to be an issue with payment processing, currently causing account upgrades and credit purchases to be delayed.

We are looking into this and will let you know when things are back to normal.
