Resolved Payment Problem

So i know that the payment instances renew like everymonth and mines the 31s, december 31s i paid 9$ my 900 hours ran up today so i put in for 300 hours. and its saying i used like 16.6k hours which is i dont even think possible on 9 accounts when i only ran 3. someone help plox? @Arbiter @Party @Cloud

no i do not use a vpn im not only one on my computer tho. only thing else that connects to my network is a ps4 from dec 29-2016 (this date as like 5k hours or some ridiculous number and so does dec 30 nd 31st

yesterday was saying i was over 15k, but now that dec. 29th isnt in thy 30 day span it went down like 8k, i dont get it cuz 5k+ in one day? is that even possible?
 
can anyone explain whats going on? now its saying 900 hours allowed on the usage, as if i didnt pay the 3$ yesterday, does that mean my 30 day period is up....or? how do u tell if ur 30 day period is up? or no? because i want to buy more hours but dont wanna lose anymore money

yeah, somethings really messed up with it, been an exact month, just went and put 3$ on my account and its now saying im 1200 hours over due. i checked my paypal 30 day pay period started dcember 30th, and 30 days woulda been jan 29th. so i dont understand any of this... :(
