hi,
every time i log out of runescape using runemate and if i try to log in a few hours later i get the message password incorrect. so i had to change my password every time. any idea what's the reason behind this problem.

The safest thing would be to wipe your drive reinstall windows.
But before doing this it does not harm to just fully scan your computer with an antivirus to see if that finds anything.
