Just purchased $2 more in hours as I reached my monthly limit earlier today.

They are still not available for me to use for some reason. I need to be able to start using them today if possible.

To confirm, you purchased the $2.00 Supporter subscription?

If so, read the FAQ: Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ

I've paid $2.00, why do I not have more hours?
A single $2.00 payment will only give you Supporter status, it does not increase your hours allowance. This is made explicitly clear during the purchasing stage, where you can increase/decrease your payment and accordingly, your hours allowance.

If you have made a single $2.00 payment and want more hours, another payment of $2.00 or more will increase your hours.

This is also clearly shown on the upgrade page.

I went and paid $3 after seeing this post. Does that mean I now get credit for $5 worth now at least? Or did I waste $2

Id like the $2 applied to hours if you're saying purchasing over $2 worth increases hours.

Conceptually I'd hope I get my $2 tacked on to my hours limit making it 500 hours as apposed to just 300 hours.
