i paid for a subscription for a supporter but i didn't get the supporters credit i cannot use the bot. how do i see active subscriptions to cancel them and try renew them?

Supporter only gives you more hours (if you pay more than 2$) you can use on free/premium bots. However, you must also purchase credits to pay for the hourly rates of premium bots.
You may purchase credits this way : https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/packages or by buying them from other users on the forums/discord.

This is correct. Supporter =/= Premium Bot Credits.

Supporter (or Sponsor) packages give you more hours to bot with, Wallet Credits let you run premium bots that charge per hour.
