Sadly not in showing in balance, unsure why it's like this as usually, I get my credit instantly

have u tried signing out and signing back in ?

The credit and payment system is fully automated, once we receive payment your account is upgraded instantly.

If you haven't received your upgrade(s) it means we have received your payment. This can be due to issues at your bank or PayPal's end, holding the payment from completely processing.

Please get in touch with your bank and/or PayPal to query why the payment has not successfully been transferred to the seller (RuneMate).
