I paid for supporter so i could get 300 hours a month. Im currently at 208 hours and when i launch anything besides prime nmz it tells me i have used my 200 hours, even though i paid for supporter, which would get me 300 hours, right?

What does the Services page say for you? If you only upgraded for $2 then your total is not raised.
