I've bought 10 credits, money gone from bank - instantly, three days later still nothing here on runemate. Was told to wait and it would sort itself out by other members, but I've waited long enough, nothing is happening

PayPal had an issue earlier in the week that left payments pending. Please message @arbiter via direct message and provide him with your transaction ID so that he can process the refund.

Note that the issue has been resolved, so any new payments should be processed correctly.
