You created your account today so I can only assume you are trying to use hours designated for free bots on premium bots.
You need to purchase credits to use premium bots. https://www.runemate.com/community/dbtech-credits/currency/credits.1/

What is the error message you are seeing?

Edit: You created a second account to attempt to get around the monthly hours limit. This does not work, is against our rules, and multiple accounts will combine hours.

So from here, stick to ONE RuneMate account, and upgrade your hours allowance here to increase your monthly limit: Upgrade - RuneMate

NOTE: A $2.00 payment only gives you Supporter status, it will NOT increase your hours. A payment of $3.00 or more will increase your hours limit.

There is no set date for everyone. It is based on your usage.

The hour system works on a 30 day period. If you are a free user, you are able to bot up to a maximum of 200 hours in one single 30 day period. You can view your current hours usage here, by filtering by "Last 30 Days" Log in | Community | RuneMate

Bot hours don't just "reset" at a given time. Your remaining hours are calculated by subtracting the hours you've used in the last 30 days from the total hours that you bought.

Here's an example:

October 1st - you purchase 3,000 hours
October 1st - you use 100 hours
October 2nd - you use 100 hours
October 3rd to October 31st - you use 100 hours per day
October 31st - you've used all 3,000 hours you purchased, so you cannot bot anymore.

November 1st - you re-gain the hours used 30 days ago (October 1st's 100 hours), meaning you now have another 100 hours to bot with.
November 2nd - you re-gain the hours used 30 days ago (October 2nd's 100 hours)
etc.

Why is it saying I have used my 200 hours this month??? A new month has just started so it should have reset and let me continue botting. I only bot a few a week that I need so I should not have gotten close to the 200 hours it is saying I have ran out of....I have no money on here because most of the time I am only using free bots.

It is a rolling period, explained in the post above.

That does not tell me anything. It is the beginning of a new month. So why is it still saying I have used my 200 hours? It is the 3rd day of Janurary. New months should mean more botting on my account but still 3 days later saying I have used my 200 hours. Which I have not been able to bot any for over a week......

Free or paid hours, they all reset 30 days from the day that you use them.
If you use 10 hours today, January 3 2025, you will receive 10 hours on Februrary 3 2025.

This is nothing new, the system has been in place for years
