I used up my 500 hours earlier than expected... I cant afford to buy more hours atm but I still have $17 in my wallet here.. can I not have $5 taken out of that to get more hours to bot

We are unable to transfer credits to hours, sorry about that.

You will need to wait for your last month's hours to expire each day, and have them added back to your allowance, or purchase a new Supporter upgrade to gain more hours.
