I wish it wasn't as easy as putting creation info and sending in a recovery request in order to recover the account back or else I'd look into buying it.

I've been screwed over in the past with this. Email means nothing when the original owner always wins. The only way to beat it is to have a middle man (staff) and perform a recovery test.
