Hello,

I am trying to log in to the client but it wont let me. Once before it let me log in and went to the 2FA and it refuse to accept it. Here is a picture of what it is stuck on.

I've removed those screenshots as they contained your email address and 2FA code.

Close the RuneMate client and make sure it is not active in your Task Manager.

Are you truly using RuneMate on a public computer?

If it is safe to do so, click on the "Public" part of the 2FA section and choose "Private" and then enter your new code.

Now its stuck at the log in screen. Not even showing the 2FA page. But if i reset the 2FA it will go to the 2FA screen and i selected private and its stuck there again. Here is the log.
 
Also, i disable the firewall.

Does this still occur on the other RuneMate account you have created? (I can see you have created another account...)

I am pretty sure that one is my friends account. It works fine for him but not for me. So i created this account to see if that make any difference and it didnt. So, to summarize. (No matter what account I use it wont work...) So is there a solution?

Are you using a VPN?

Does this issue occur if you use another network? eg: Mobile hotspot, someone else's WiFi?

No I'm not using a VPN. I am using my college wifi.

Post the latest log(s) from "Help" -> "View Logs".
