None of the bots in my Runemate are clicking anymore.

When I manually click it login handler works but that is it.

For starters The Bot Is Currently Down.

Did you rush here to post this because it's been down for about 2 Ish days now and there have already been tons of threads explaining this.

Just Sit Tight And It Will Be Fixed When Able
