I know its been asked before, but I haven't seen a step by step response yet. I'm not tech capable, so how exactly do I fix this issue? where do I start? "ran out of accessible memory, need to reallocate"

Increase allocated memory to the Runemate shortcut. Add "-Xmx1300M" to the Target in the properties window:
