I was having issues with a bot and went to look at the logs for it and NONE of them have any KB or info in them and some of the bots i used are not even showing up for some reason. The only log that has info in is it the specter log and that has a combat bot info in it any idea on how i can fix this?

You're gonna need to post more info than that. What bots did you use. What bots didn't have log files. Did those bots run normally? Post the logs that were there but had 'no info' in them

They all dont have any info in them anymore. Before i reinstalled 1 did and that was quality fighter in a spectre log.The first picture is before the first reinstall. All bots have run normally but if im gonna start using paid bots im gonna need to see logs encase something goes wrong for a refund
 
Here is todays logs that have still nothing in them. Every log with 1 or 0 KB has no information when clicked on.

cause this has been up for over a month and none of you care to help me why? The only time you have responded was about banning me for tagging you all three times within a week. I thought bumping would catch your attention but its apparent it didnt so i went back to tagging.

I can't help if i don't know how to fix it? Calm down and wait for someone to investigate it, or kindly find the door. We all have real lives and jobs that come first. This is not a high priority issue, i wouldn't even call it low priority if i'm being honest. You have no trouble running bots so i'd suggest you just do your thing.

If a bot crashes, the stacktrace which is automatically sent to us is usually all that's needed to fix it. The logs only really help for behavioral bugs or hard to diagnose crashes. Sometimes knowing exactly what the bot had been doing prior to the crash helps, but usually isn't necessary.
Further, a lot of bots don't have enough debug information in the logs to make a difference anyway.

All i got out of two of you was hostility when all you needed to say was "hey we have no idea" or "we need more info" like you said. Instead i get a ban threat for tagging you guys three times within a week and a weird accusation of bumping four times in an hour after a month of no response from anyone.
This has everything to do with being able to get a refund when bots do something buggy or crash for unknown reasons like some of them do. Logs are like a receipt and are you gunna buy something without one? ill be honest too its not fishy at all you guys didnt want to help me potentially get refunds but this money is stuck on this site anyway why not help me to get more?

I'm just giving you an alternative to waiting around for a possible fix to an issue we can't replicate and isn't of high concern.

So it's pretty much never worked properly apart from a handful of bots the first time you ran it?

The ones i sent to awesome was regal hunter and its because of an entity issue and coordinates but even then the other bots i ran had info in them but after sent them to him they stopped showing any information.The only log that was getting info was the spectre log from quality fighter but after i was told to reinstall that stopped to
