Bug No hours received and money has left my account.

So i just purchased the 3 dollar basic supporter package with 300 hours this morning, however when i try to use the client it says i have reached my limit. I'm a pretty regular user (almost every month) and have never had this issue. Is there anyone who can help me with this matter or am i just out 3 bucks :( i can provide the exchange ID if needed)

I pretty much always do the 3$ option basically every month, until now when it gives me the error saying i already used what i just paid for which is basically impossible.

All payments are automated, so if you haven't received your new/replacement upgrade, it means RuneMate hasn't received the payment yet. Delays can be due to your bank and/or PayPal's processing times.
