So I'm wanting to try and max out combat levels using NMZ I'm currently 75attack 80 str 70def 85 mage 85 range.

Can someone give me some advice on how to go NMZ bot and what I should do before hand? I'm wanting to max out levels.

How high is the ban rate at NMZ?
