What I have noticed; Train at Minotaurs (under barbarian village). Loot Iron arrows and Rune essences --> made over 640k with it in 4-5 days.

For F2P, the best possible thing you can do is powermine iron till 85, then go get runite ore for 1m/hr.
P2P I'd say botting blast furnace is one of the best (if not the best) bot-able money makers.

I haven't been around here long, so I don't know if there is currently bots for those things, BUT that's what I used to use over at the recently deceased Topbot
