I don't think there is anything on RuneMate, I've used a few different bots and not came accross any although I'm sure they'll exist either publically or privately. RuneMate seems to have lower ban rates than some other bots but there are fewer bots available compared to some other bots. If you are willing to pay you might be able to get someone to make you a PK/Staker bot. Hopefully you are not looking to scam anyone, Dual Arena is full of scammers, no idea if they are bots or humans.
