Im an old member of the runemate community and the name of my account is 6th symphony. I need help as i changed my phone and i cant get back using my google authenticator. I switched from android to ios. Please help me out, i also dont remember the email that i used for that account. All i remember is the account name and the password. Thank you i want my old runemate account back pls

We cannot restore access to your original account, you will have to use this new one.

This is why keeping a safe copy of your backup codes is strongly recommended. Should you lose or change your device, you can simply use a backup code to gain access to your account.
