Hi RuneMate community and staff,
I hope you're all doing well! I'm reaching out because I'm having trouble canceling my $2/month subscription. I’ve been charged for over 6 months without using the service atp, and I’d really like to stop the recurring payments.
I’ve checked my PayPal account, but I can’t find the subscription listed under automatic payments or anywhere else. I’ve read that canceling through PayPal is the way to go, but since I’m not seeing it there, I’m a bit stuck. I've also checked my credit cards, but I still get a monthly email for purchasing. Could someone please guide me on what to do next? Maybe I’m missing something, or there’s another way to cancel directly through RuneMate?
