Resolved Multiple Billing Occurance

Hi Team,

I have been running the Hexis Construction Pro Bot, twice the client crashed immediately upon starting the instance (billed at 0.15 per attempt) and the third time it crashed after 7minutes and 10 seconds (again billing 0.15c).

No error code was coming up, just a prompt that the game client had crashed, to which it could apply a fix and to restart the instance. I did this each time to no avail.

I haven't had any issues running any of the other scripts over the last few days, and even ran the Hexis Construction one a day or two ago with no dramas.

Any possibilty of a credit being applied to my account ?

So there's two aspects here. The first and more important imo is that the "Runescape has crashed" message is a Runescape/Runemate bug, not specific to the bot. But should be easily fixed.

Clicking "Apply the Patch" should fix the issue, if not then clicking it and restarting osrs & Runemate should. If that still doesn't work, watch this short video by Party:

The second part, for a refund, I'll copy from the FAQ:

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?:
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.
