Hello there, Bewalas here. (Pronounced Be-wallace). It seems I have reached my cap for 300 hours in a month and its been this way for almost a week now which is very frustrating because I pay for this service and I pay for the scripts so I would think that I am entitled to more than 300 hours. It's also annoying that I cannot upgrade my account to get more hours. The highest tier you can subscribe to still only has 300 hours so you guys should really look into this... I was also wondering if there is anywhere that shows what date the hour count restarts because I'm certain it's been over a month cause its March now... and also if there is an hour log so i can see if I've actually botted that long because I don't believe I have. RS says I've only logged 213 hours in this past month. Please get back soon, thank you!

Well I apologize for my partial ignorance and failure to locate read the FAQ, which I had difficulty finding info on the matter before, but I definition-
was confused because of the description on the Sponsor upgrade pretty much made it look like there was no difference between Supporter and Sponsor besides the different title and no ads, ect. I provided a screenshot that shows why I thought there was no option to upgrade the hours or look at a log of some sort. I can see that I came off annoyed/snappy or whatever, but just see how cheerful you are when for the past few days your client works for a few hours then randomly stops only to try and start it and get that message. That's also why I didn't think there was a log, or if there was it definitely could not be accurate because I don't see how it can tell me I hit my cap only to let me do it for a few hours and stop and do it all over again. and that's the reason I said my partial ignorance because you guys should make it clear cut on your official "Upgrade" web-page instead of making paying customers, who are NEW to this service and forum, play hide and seek with the FAQ thread when it should've been clear and easy to find. So please, don't be one of those arrogant assholes who immediately jumps straight to insulting and shaming. You could've easily been a cool guy and help out with a link to the FAQ page, but no. You just gotta be a prick. Well whatever man, have fun going on in life treating other the way you feel like and I'll just wish you luck with the best of wishes. Goodnight. Don't listen to squid he's a massive down syndrome retard.

You can buy more hours if you increase the amount of money you pay per month. If you pay 3 bucks you basically get 300 hours per month. If you use 10 hours today, you get the 10 hours back the 3rd of next month.

If you want 500 hours per month, you increase your payment to 5$ per month.

Thanks man, I got it all sorted out. It would've been nice if someone would've just answered my question like that the first time, lol. People should have more patience and compassion with new members who don't know the ropes yet. Thanks bud!
