Money is withdrawn everytime I start script. Like example script cost .10/h i start and stop for a total of 5 minutes run time and im charged for a whole hour? Anyway to fix this?

That makes absolutley no sense at all... Not all bots start correctly 100% of the time. Also you get charged while @ login screen (if the client doesnt log you back in it will sit draining your credit) honestly you guys are starting to feel like a scam. I loved the idea of being able to pay when I wanted to bot, but the system heavily benifits everyone except the customer.

The bot that does not start as intended should not be premium.

If it doesn‘t log you back in, 90% sure it‘s users‘ fault with having the wrong account info or something.

If there is a bug regarding bots, let bot authors know and they will fix it. Ask for a refund if the problem was because of authors‘ mistake. If not, don‘t make the sams mistake next time.

Regardless of how good the script sometimes things don't go right (I have used a really good script here usually starts for some reason today I had an issue) if a script runs for < 5 minutes it should automatically be refunded. If the client fails to login the script should stop. Otherwise you are robbing people...

Read the FAQ - they exist for a reason.

If you have an issue with a bot taking money from you when it shouldn't have (eg: it crashed or broke) post a bug report in the appropriate forum thread and post evidence such as log files. It is up to the bot author whether they refund your usage.
