Hello,
I tried to use RuneMate just a few minutes ago, and all the bots are not working.
Ive paid for 1 hour use, and the money is deducted from my account, but the bots wont work. it gives me the error: gamepack not useable. (this happens to every bot)

How can I get refunded?

Hey ive had the same issue. Just messaged cuppa asking for a refund. Seems like none of them are working atm but money is being taken!
