Hello,

I loaded $5.00 and proceeded to add the "ApexCrabber PRO" bot, but a moment upon starting up the bot instance, it displayed the following error:

Bot termination error: An unexpected error occurred while trying to start the bot. Please report the issue in the <a href="https://www.runemate.com/community/forums/client-support.69/">Client Support forum</a>.

$0.10 has already been taken from my account and the bot hasn't progressed.

For premium bots, it is at the Bot Author's discretion whether or not they refund you.
