How much RAM ,core, diskspace and clock
Speed for 1 client to run smoothly ?

This is how it worked for me:

4 - CPU cores
4 GB - RAM
30 GB - Windows 10 Pro OS

Originally I only used 2 CPU cores and it worked fine, but the client got laggy even in low res mode. Also diskspace depends on what os your installing, but for bare windows 10 install it's around 25 GB.

I would recommend using google cloud, you can get a $300 credit for free. There is a thread with a guide. I used to spend $30/month of the credit for an instance that could handle 2 clients.
