Hello, I made a payment of $ 38 a few days ago and now the runemate says that you already consume the 200 free hrs, what happened?

When did you purchase the hours?

All purchases are automatic, meaning if your account has not been credited the hours your payment is still processing.

Please check with your bank/PayPal as to why it hasn't processed fully.

My payment was processed without problems, and it was already in my accounts. suddenly it came out that I had already consumed 200 hours to update my account, but I bought 3200
