Account must look at least like the following:
* Username login (hard requirement, preferably a 'nice' one)
* Over or nearing at least 200 quest points (not a hard requirement)
* Low non-combat skills; preferably all under 70. (not a hard requirement)
* Under 70 Defence, or 70 Defence and all defence-exp giving quests done (hard requirement)
* Under 70 Prayer, or 70 Prayer and all prayer exp-giving quests done (hard requirement)
* Not permanently muted, preferably no previous macroing offences (hard requirement)
So what I'm basically looking for is an account made by someone who rushed for quest cape but and only got bare requirements. I may settle with 75 Defence accounts.
