says my two step verification is incorrect on my e-mail when I am typing it/copying it exactly how it is. I even tried resetting my password and it now locked my account due to many failed attempts.

Remove and re-add your two-step verification and/or change it entirely to the phone based method.

lol wtf is even the point of this if you guys have a flawed system, who the hell is gonna hack a botting account and if they do who cares? worst case someone has a few dollars of runemate credit and it gets used by someone else lol boo hoo. lost my previous runemate account because of this system.

2FA is your responsibility, clearly you did something wrong.
