So earlier this morning i wanted to start my bots and i got a normal message of You've reached your limit of 3000 hours in the last month. So i made a payment of 20 USD, and tried again and this time it said you've reached your limit of 5000 hours in the last month, so i made another payment of 10 USD, and tried to log in and start my bots again but this time it said 6000 hour limit at this point im just shocked with whats happening. so i made another payment of another 20 USD and tried to log in again and the final result is now it says your limit of 8,000 hours in the last month. Can someone explain this to me please?

Aren't the hours monthly? How can one hit 3000 hours in a month? Do the hours add up between how many active accounts you use?

From the FAQ - Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ

Let's say today is October 1st, and you buy 3000 hours. Let's say that you use 100 hours every day. On October 31st (30 days later), you run out of hours, so you can't bot anymore. On the next day (November 1st), you'll regain the hours that you used 30 days ago (October 1st's hours), meaning that you'll have another 100 hours to bot with. The day after that you'll regain the hours you used on October 2nd, giving you another 100 hours, etc.

You may use all 3000 hours on one bot on one RuneScape account, or you may split your 3000 hours across multiple bots and multiple RuneScape accounts.

You are only permitted ONE RuneMate account - using multiple accounts to get around the hour system will result in your account(s) being banned.

So if I use my total hour limit, then buy more hours, when do I actually get those hours? A month later after I purchased them? I'll just be regaining what I used previously until that day? I'm a bit confused on this.

i.e.
Let's say 2 weeks ago I paid for the $3 supporter package, which gives me 300 hours, now let's say I've used all 300 hours and pay the $3 again, what exactly happens? Do I need to wait for the month to expire, then pay the $6 package if I want more time each month?

The tutorial really isn't clear on this.

Subscriptions stack with each one lasting a month from the time it was purchased.

If you buy $3.00 on January 1st, it will last you till 30 days later. If you buy another $3.00 on January 15th, this additional upgrade will also last you till 30 days later.
