If you ask the bot author, they may be able to offer a lifetime pass or a monthly fee rather than pay hourly.

Send the bot author a dm and inquire about it

You'll be restricted on usage by the monthly botting hour limits, so even if an author sells a lifetime private license you'll still have to buy botting hours.

It's not impossible, but since Runemate's entire system is built around small hourly transactions & Runemate discourages private bots (with things like the limited amount of private slots, and just not really having much infrastructure built around it) it's not common by my understanding.
