Reports bugs instead of requesting new bots. It takes way longer to make a bot than to fix an issue.

The Regal one isn't being maintained. You also need runes for that one in inventory for that one which may be why it is not working.

You also have to consider viability, lava dragons + revenants are simply PK heaven (40+ wilderness and long distance teleport - even the non PKers [other PVMers] will PK you once they easy kill). Each bot has to be tested by the author so they do need appropriate accounts.

If you really want a bot, I think Regal Fighter can safespot and probably other bots.
