knn Herb Cleaner - Basic Herb Cleaning Bot

Start at any visible banking location with herbs in the bank. Select the herb type in the UI and press start.

Current features:

• Cleans grimy herbs (~5100 herbs per hour)

I plan to make this an AIO herblore bot. I have completed unfinished potions support - waiting for it to be pushed to the bot store. Full potions should be out soon. I will also be implementing a task system and possibly GE support to buy/sell more supplies.
