Banrate/what gets detected is super subjective, but typically the consensus on runemate is that since the bot client itself doesn't seem detectable, it's moreso noticable bots that get banned "more".
So something like agility or woodcutting might be seen as "more detectable" because other players are watching you do it, whereas things like NMZ, alching at a bank, fletching, etc are seen as "less detectable". Also if you want to be extra careful, babysit bots on the other monitor until you trust they won't get stuck or anything.
But the bottom line is that if your account doesn't look like a suicide botting account, the bot doesn't get stuck too long, and you don't bot crazy hours, you should be okay. Or you improve your odds anyway.
