OSRS Just received my first ban on a fully botted 1300+ main

It's sad to say my bois, but I have received my first ban. I logged onto my account, and as soon as I started Divine NMZ, boom.

I was 100k XP away from 99 strength, luckily it is only a 2 day ban. Not sure if I should bot or not again.... I think it was the fact the past week I have only been grinding NMZ and haven't changed it once, I owe my success mainly to switching it up in the past I reckon but w/e.

Do I continue to bot?

Yeah I am starting to think that, I only received the ban as soon as the bot started interacting with things, I've never been banned before so I am not sure how they occur. If it's a delayed ban it happens when you are offline right?

There are three tiers of bans Macro Minor, Bot Busting Moderate and Macro Major/Macro Goldfarming

Yeah it must've been, would make no sense if it was a delayed/human ban.

I don't know if I should take the risk, and just keep all my expensive shit off my main during nights or when I just start up a bot. I can bot all the stats again no problem, I just don't want to lose my items. Chances of me playing again legitimately are 0 to none tbh.
